Per-User Connections
Each team member connects their own email accounts:
1. Go to Settings → Mail
2. Click "Add Account"
3. Choose your provider (Gmail, Outlook)
4. Authorize access
5. Emails start syncing immediately
You can connect multiple accounts and see all emails unified.

I've updated the proposal with the new pricing tiers we discussed. Key changes:
Enterprise plan now includes SSO and SAML
Added volume discounts for 50+ seats
Updated timeline to Q2 launch
